D magazine has recognized Southwestern Health Resources for its recent top-performing recognition among all Next Generation Accountable Care Organizations. As part of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Next Gen ACO Model, SWHR saved $37 million in 2018.

SWHR has been among the country’s top-performing programs since 2015. It has saved more than $67 million since joining the Next Generation ACO Model in 2017.
